It’s a short and sweet blurb but a no less excited one that I’m pleased to announce that Neil deGrasse Tyson is coming to Christchurch and Auckland for some enlightening chat and sharing of knowledge at Neil deGrasse Tyson: A Cosmic Perspective – Christchurch and Auckland this July!

American astrophysicist, cosmologist, author, and science communicator deGrasse Tyson will dazzle Christchurch and Auckland audiences with his unique brand of astro-chat that we’ve come to be enthralled by on shows such as: The Universe, Nova, The Inexplicable Universe: Unsolved Mysteries, Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey and perhaps my favourite – StarTalk.

As well as deGrasse Tyson’s numerous serious, scientific appearances, this star-dude can still have fun with appearances in films like Zoolander 2 or Ice Age Collision Course or on numerous TV and Talk Shows like The Daily Show, Chelsea and The Colbert Report.

But enough chat, you wanna know where you can pick up some tix, ammiright?
On sale from Tuesday April 4th.
